To make this French classic, I use the pork of the highest quality.
The traditional French method requires time and patience, but its certainly worth the wait!
These rillettes are perfect for those who like simple things and who always want to be ready for a spontaneous aperitif.
It's best to put your Rillettes du Mans in the fridge a few hours before serving.
Then spread them on a slice of bread and accompany with a glass of wine. Try them with baby cucumber or anything that takes your fancy - apéritif is easy!
Our artisanal products are all naturally preserved, they can be conserved at room temperature for up to 4 months. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 days.
