Terrine de campagne
It is probably the best known in France. It's is perfect for those who like simple things and who always want to bready for an aperitif.
Proudly manufactured in SA, from at least 97% of local ingredients.
Ingredients: Free range pork, free range chicken liver, shallots, onions, free range eggs, flour, brandy, herbs, sea salt, black pepper.
It's the one our grandparents used to eat and the one everybody in France has in their pantry, ready for spontaneous aperitifs with friends.
It is also the first one that I learned from my grandma, "Mamie Simone".
It's best to put your Terrine de Campagne in the fridge a few hours before serving.
Then spread some on a slice of bread, or have it on its own with a salad and a glass of wine.
Try it with baby cucumber or anything that takes your fancy - apéritif is easy!
Our artisanal products are all naturally preserved, they can be conserved at room temperature for up to 5 months. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 days.
