Ingredients: Free range pork, free range chicken liver, shallots, onions,free range eggs, flour, old style mustard, sea salt, black pepper.
Many regions of France have their own style of mustard. I chose the whole grain mustard named after my hometown of Dijon, located in the Burgundy region.
It's best to put your Terrine à la Moutarde in the fridge a few hours before serving.
Then spread some on a slice of bread, or have it on its own with a salad and a glass of wine.
Try it with baby cucumber or anything that takes your fancy - apéritif is easy!
Our artisanal products are all naturally preserved, they can be conserved at room temperature for up to 5 months. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 days.
