Ingredients: Free range pork, free range chicken liver, shallots, onions, free range eggs flour, pastis, herbs, sea salt, black pepper.
It's the one that we really like eating during summer. The aniseed liqueur brings some freshness and sweetness.
It's best to put your Terrine au Pastis in the fridge a few hours before serving.
Then spread some on a slice of bread, or have it on its own with a salad and a glass of wine.
Try it with baby cucumber or anything that takes your fancy - apéritif is easy!
