Saucisson Sec Traditionnel
Forget Salami and remember of Saucisson.
It is kind of dry sausage and it is a very rustic French gem produced traditionally from high-quality meat.
Manufactured in Brisbane by Bastien's friend from local ingredients, they are Gluten free.
Ingredients: Free range pork, red wine, garlic, sea salt, pepper.
Each saucisson is about 18cm long and 4.5cm wide.
The saucisson is the national food, perfect for any convivial moment, apéritif, a picnic, or a generous snack. It is often Saucisson time !
Thin slice your saucisson and accompany with a glass of wine. You can also try it with cornichons, butter on pieces of bread or anything that takes your fancy - apéritif is easy!
This artisanal product can be kept for up to 3 months in the fridge.
