Saucisson Sec aux Herbes de Provence
This Saucisson will take you to the heart of the Provence, known for its thrilling herbs and gastronomy. From the first bite, you will be overwhelmed by the rosemary.
Manufactured in Brisbane by Bastien's friend from local ingredients, they are Gluten free.
Ingredients: Free range pork, provençal herbs (thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano), sea salt, pepper.
Each saucisson is about 18cm long and 4.5cm wide.
Thin slice your saucisson and accompany with a glass of wine. You can also try it with baby cucumber, bread and butter, on a pizza or anything that takes your fancy - apéritif is easy!
This artisanal product can be kept for up to 3 months in the fridge.
