Saucisson Sec au Pastis
Pastis is as French as a beret and a game of pétanque. This emblematic alcohol from the south of France brightens up the saucisson with subtlety and delicacy, adding a flavour of aniseed and fennel.
Manufactured in Brisbane by Bastien's friend from local ingredients, they are Gluten free.
Ingredients: Free range pork, Ricard pastis, sea salt, pepper.
Each saucisson is about 18cm long and 4.5cm wide.
