Saucisson Sec au Piment
Let's go to the French Basque Country, where the peppers are so important especially in the cuisine.
Do not be surprised, the hot taste comes after the first bite.
Manufactured in Brisbane by Bastien's friend from local ingredients, they are Gluten free.
Ingredients: Free range pork, red chilli pepper (medium hot), sea salt, black pepper.
Each saucisson is about 18cm long and 4.5cm wide.
Thin slice your saucisson and accompany with a glass of wine or beer. You can also try it with cornichons, bread and butter, on a pizza or anything that takes your fancy - apéritif is easy!
This artisanal product can be kept for up to 3 months in the fridge.
